About Me
I am a recent graduate from Bradley University. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, concentrating in Graphic Design, and a Minor in User Experience Design.
My passion for graphic design began during my freshman year of high school when I took my first graphic design class.
After learning Adobe Illustrator in that initial class, I became hooked. This led me to explore other Adobe programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and XD. Throughout high school, I actively participated in graphic design projects, earning recognition by placing 2nd place in a print production contest with a design I later laser engraved onto playing cards. Additionally, I contributed to my school community by creating T-shirt designs for events, designing tickets for prom and graduation, and designing posters displayed throughout the high school.
My high school experiences led the way for my decision to pursue graphic design in college and now as a career. While in college, I had the opportunity to design three T-shirts for Bradley University's 2023 and 2024 summer orientations. I also received the Bradley University, Slane College of Communications and Fine Arts award for being an Outstanding Student in Graphic Design.
Now I'm looking for opportunities to grow my skills not only in graphic design but in business communication as well in order to achieve my long-term goal of becoming a creative director in the distant future.
In my spare time, I do freelance graphic design projects for those around me while also enjoying traveling with loved ones, collecting vinyl records, reading, watching K-dramas, and making art with various mediums.
